100% Refund
For mailed orders lost in transit (even Planes, Trains, and Automobiles did not get the order arrival on time) or you do not want to exchange a damaged item, a 100% refund will be issued.

Digital patterns are non-refundable.
Return or Exchanges
Porfa shining star understand all purchases are final. Returns or exchanges are only excepted for damaged items upon arrival. *Reach out to hola@adornaaccessories.com if you receive a damaged item for an exchange.

Cancel or Adjustments
If you need to make any changes to your order please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as you receive the email. The team will do it’s shining best to make requested order changes while the order is still processing. Once it ships out, we can no longer adjust order items or re-route shipments.
